Darrin Boyd has been one of the leading sales and leasing producers in Central Indiana and the company for nearly 30 years. He began his commercial real estate career at CBRE as an intern and became one of their top producers by 1991. He specializes in seller/landlord representation, tenant/buyer representation and investment sales/acquisitions. Darrin and his team have closed over 2,500 transactions totaling more than 12 million square feet for more than $1 billion in total consideration. Darrin has been honored multiple times as the company's Top Office Producer and has mentored seven brokers during his career. He co-founded IndyOfficeSpace.com in 1999 with Dave Moore and the two have partnered ever since. Darrin was one of the youngest founding principals and shareholders of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in the 1990s which grew to become Cassidy Turley, DTZ and finally Cushman & Wakefield, which is currently one of the largest full-service commercial real estate firms in the world.

Darrin is one of the youngest to ever receive both the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations, Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS (Founding Member) and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). By age 31, he was recognized as one of the Indianapolis Business Journals' (IBJ's)"Top 40 under 40" business leaders and IBJ's "Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate", and he has also been a participant in IBJ's Commercial Real Estate Round Table Discussion. Other achievements include: President's Club, Lifetime Member; George C. Charbonneau Leadership and Performance Award, Lifetime Member; Distinguished Community Service Award; Annual Most Closed Transactions Award (23 times); and The State of Real Estate Indianapolis, 3-Time Presenter.
