Leadership
Scott joined DTZ in August of 1999, after owning a painting company specializing in commercial coatings. Currently, Scott is the Senior Manager for several of Indy's largest office parks: Castleton Park, Precedent Office Park, Keystone at the Crossing, The Pyramids, North by Northwest Business Park, Crosspoint Business Park and other DTZ-managed sites.

Provided Construction Management Services for CPA Management on two build-to-suit projects for Norandex Building Products. Assisted Flagstar Bank in the Construction Management of their first freestanding branch in Indiana. Acted as Owners Construction Representative for Kase Engineering Services office/warehouse build-to-suit in Martinsville, Indiana. Acted as Owner's Construction Representative for Kase Engineering Services office/warehouse build-to-suit in Martinsville, Indiana. Acted as Construction Manager for over $2 million of office renovations and capital projects for Citizens Gas & Coke Utility. Acted as Owner Representative for the 45,000 square foot build out for The Art Institute and The Art Institute Culinary School at the Pyramids. Assisted ING Clarion in the due diligence and major renovations at two large industrial buildings purchased in Indianapolis. Managed over $2.5 million of major interior/exterior renovations at the Pyramids in Indianapolis. Managed the $160,000 remodeling project of the Flight Standard's District Office for the Federal Aviation Administration.
