Darrin Boyd has been one of the leading sales and leasing producers in Central Indiana and the company for over 35 years. He began his commercial real estate career in 1987 at CBRE as an intern while attending the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He became one of CBRE's top producers by 1991. He specializes in seller/landlord representation, tenant/buyer representation & investment sales/acquisitions. Darrin and his team have closed over 3,000 transactions totaling more than 25 million square feet for over $2 Billion in total consideration. Darrin has been honored multiple times as a Top Producer and has mentored eight brokers during his career. Darrin was one of the youngest founding Principals and Shareholders of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in the 1990's which grew to become Cassidy Turley, DTZ and finally Cushman & Wakefield, which went public in 2018 (NYWE: CWK) and is currently one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the world.
