Joshua joined the Office Services Division of Cushman & Wakefield after graduating with distinction from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Prior to becoming a broker, Joshua worked with the company as a research intern, where he assisted in creating net present value analyses, pro-forma cash flow reports, prospect lists, property availabilities, ownership reports, and assisted in property tours. Joshua currently works collaboratively with every office broker in the Cushman & Wakefield Indianapolis office. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation as well as income-producing properties and building sales.
